The 2008 Parade of Homes throughout Durham, Orange and Chatham counties is an exciting annual event showcasing new homes and providing the chance for visitors to see the latest designs and features. The Hamptons newly finished, beautiful 6,500 square foot home by Assured Constructionon was on this year's Parade tour.
October 9, 2008 - Parade of Homes Bus Tour Breakfast
Windjam Development Group sponsored the Parade's Bus Tour Breakfast at Hope Valley Farms Clubhouse. Bus tour guests visited the Gold Parade winners throughout the area.
September 12 & 13, 2008 - Chapel Hill Winery's "Corks for Kids"
A two-day dinner and wine-tasting event featuring nineteen Australian winemakers to raise money for North Carolina Children’s Hospital. Windjam Development Group in conjunction with Abigail Blosser, fine art portrait photographer, donated a professional photography session at the lovely Hamptons Homeplace via silent auction.

August 21, 2008 - Business After Hours at The Hamptons
Due to the overwhelming success of their first after hour event, The Hamptons hosted their business after hours at the Homeplace, this time in conjunction with the Chapel Hill/Carrboro Chamber of Commerce. Guests enjoyed live jazz music, catering by Bistro 64, and fine wine tasting.
